A cropped open-front shrug knitted in a hollow crochet floral pattern, with a V neckline, 3/4 sleeves and scalloped trim. The cotton knit is lightweight and stretchy, and the fit is loose.

A bandana and flatform sandals take it toward a festival look; a small backpack makes it a day-out outfit. On a beach day it serves as a cover-up, and in a cold room as a light topper. Layer it over a tank top, camisole or tunic, and the open front shows whatever is underneath.

The shrug is made in white or beige, and in one size only. Beige is the softer pairing for light tops, white the sharper contrast over dark ones.
