An organza blouse with a high neck, ruffles and a peplum hem, cut without sleeves in an elegant style. The peplum flares out below the waist, giving a sleeveless top extra shape.

On a hot summer day, joggers and slides give the blouse a relaxed edge, with sunglasses for the glare. For a dinner on a warm evening, swap the joggers for a skirt and keep the slides. Since the top is sleeveless, keep something with sleeves nearby for air-conditioned rooms or cooler nights.
