Market and currency: V1 serves the United States in USD.

Delivery area: Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Shipping is not offered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time: Orders normally require 2–5 business days before carrier pickup. Processing business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Shipping cost: Standard Shipping Included: $0.00. The current delivery method and supplier-verified estimate are selected at checkout; supplier freight is retained for internal fulfillment records and is not added to the customer shipping price.

Delivery estimate: Available delivery methods and their current estimates are shown after a complete address is provided. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and can change if the address, cart, selected variant, quantity, or delivery method changes.

Fulfillment source: The current V1 catalog is sourced through CJ Dropshipping. Depending on the selected variant and current stock, an order may be fulfilled from a verified warehouse origin in China or the United States and may arrive in separate packages. Jinguo Ren remains the seller and customer-support contact.

Import fees: A customer will not be required after checkout to pay an additional import fee that was not disclosed before payment. Jinguo Ren is responsible for an undisclosed import fee associated with an approved delivery method.

Unavailable delivery: Some supported addresses or item combinations may not have a current delivery method. In that case, checkout will not proceed until an available address or method is selected.

Tracking: When tracking is provided by the fulfillment partner, it will be shared using the order contact details.

Address and delays: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier, weather, holiday, customs, and other events may cause delays. For a lost, damaged, or delayed package, contact support with the order details so the case can be reviewed.
